This is a personalised bespoke experience that will support you, getting you set on the path for longlasting health & wellbeing and positive ageing.  Whether we work face-to-face or via remote video conferencing you'll have my full support all the way.

    How does it work?


     A 1-1  coaching partnership that begins with creating a safe and nurturing space for you.  We'll go through an initial health/wellbeing history, this is an opportunity to get really on where you are now.


    Then we'll uncover where you'd like to be and discuss the dreams and aspirations that matter to you. 


    With a holistic and mindful approach, we'll begin to create your personalised 'wellness plan'. We'll explore your values, strengths, and what matters to you. All areas of health & well-being  covered will be to support you in both mind & body and will include:


    • Habits - How to create long-lasting meaningful habits. 
    • Menopause - wellbeing support/guidance with owning your menopause, your way.
    • Mindset - We'll look at gently re-framing any negative beliefs around ageing. 
    • Eating well - Ditching what no longer serves you, to support your body where it is presently. 
    • Moving your body - Explore what's possible for you right now.
    • Calm - Support with creating soothing rituals that nurture you.    


     All with the intention of supporting you to thrive and confidently embrace your midlife. I'll also be able to share evidence-based resources and insights with you along the way.   


    We'll continue by taking a small-steps approach, tailored to your needs and choices, as you begin to grow and explore your own toolkit of wellness habits to feel confident, navigating your midlife.


    We'll build on and celebrate your successes, you'll see the power of how subtle shifts can make huge differences and we'll go through any twists and turns that may arise together so that you feel heard and supported.

    One-off  60-minute session.


    £75


    Want to dip your toe in first, see how coaching feels? I completely get it. Making a change, starting  something new, it's a brave new step in your life.. This one-off session has been created so that you can experience a coaching session and  explore what matters to you. You'll start to get  clear on the areas of your health & well-being that are a priority for you plus  you'll come away from the session with an clear and simple action or two to get you started. A 20-minute follow up call is included and if you decide you'd like further coaching, you can offest this session fee against my other sessions (within  a four week timeframe).

    Over 6 weeks 

    1 90-minute session

    2 x 60-minute  Bi-weekly sessions

    Bi weekly check-in support via email/messaging

    You're ready to begin your personalised coaching sessions and want to start bringing your vison for yourself to life with a bit of support to get you started. Taking a 'whole person' approach, we'll  begin with an initial  90 minute session, taking a detailed health & well-being history. We'll explore what matters most to you and  we'll  start to create your own wellness growth plan.  I'll support, encourage and inspire you all the way as you take your first steps. A 20-minute follow-up call is also included, within 6 weeks, to check in and see how your plan is developing. An option for additional support is available.

    Rise  & Shine

    Over 12 weeks

    1 90-minute session

    5  x 60-minute bi-weekly sessions

    You've decided that now is the time to focus your attention on you. You'd like regular coaching sessions and support to help you start, build, and live into a vision for your life that is meaningful and long-lasting. We'll take a 'whole person ' approach and begin with an initial 90-minute session, taking a detailed health & well-being history. Discovering what matters to you most we will then work together in creating your own wellness growth plan. Over the following sessions, you'll have my full support, inspiration, and encouragement as you learn the steps and take gentle but powerful action in building long-lasting meaningful 'feel-good' habits as you bring your personalised plan to life. A 20-minute follow-up call is included, within 6-8 weeks, to check in and see how your plan is evolving.  An option for further follow-ups is available.
